MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Join the organization that has been active in conservation and environmental issues in the Fox Valley area for forty years.  As a member, you'll receive informative publications, fellowship in the Kane County chapter, participation in field trips and programs, timely information on conservation issues, and chapter newsletters.  Kane County Audubon's $10 annual dues are used to pay for operational costs for meetings and special events.  We also help fund local environmental projects.

Members are required to join the state organization, Illinois Audubon Society, which is not affiliated with the National Audubon Society.  (In fact the national organization was founded several years after IAS.)  Illinois Audubon supports a variety of environmental and conservation projects and maintains many wildlife sanctuaries throughout the state.  IAS members receive a quarterly newsletter, Cardinal News, and a magazine, Illinois Audubon, to keep them apprised of IAS activities.
